| We are currently at our second programme meeting and this time it is being hosted in the very sunny Birmingham. The meeting is focused on change, stakeholders and transformation and has been an excellent day. We have really began to think about how we can measure the changes as a consequence of our project and when these changes may happen. Through reverse brain-storming we have looked at models for change and how to apply these to our stakeholders. Some interesting techniques were discussed from bribery to showing respect and aligning goals. It has been an excellent day and good to see everyone again. It has been interesting to see how the projects have developed and the excitement about the work. Right, time for a gin. |
